WEEK 1
Color Selection
Flapwrap’s partner factory is located in Malaysia and Indonesia and is well-known for manufacturing for many other high-end international brands. Our founder, Shaz & Dr. Fatin, maintains a close relationship with the factory and regularly spends time there monitoring the craftsmanship and quality control of our products.
WEEK 2
Arrival of Our Quality Materials

WEEK 3
Moulding & Cutting
During the early stages of production, the fabric we use is moulded and cut into the shapes required for each part before being thoroughly checked for imperfections.
WEEK 4-5
Sewing & Printing
After the initial moulding and cutting, the fabric is passed on to a dedicated and talented team who is responsible for the assembly and printing of the garment.
WEEK 6
Inspection & Delivery
Inspection dilakukan bagi memastikan kualiti berada di tahap maksima sebelum proses penghantaran ke tangan pelanggan.
